Are you an incumbent? No

Why are you running?

I’m deeply rooted in Uhrichsville. I was born here, raised here, and I plan on staying here. I'm running for office not to figure out how to get elected. I'm running because I care. I care about the welfare of the community- our local government, our jobs, our schools, our infrastructure, and our future.

What are the most important issues on your campaign?

The most important issues include the following: Attracting jobs and businesses to invest and grow in our community, expanding funds, instead of cutting, supporting and equipping our Police, Fire, and Street Departments with the funding and the resources they need and deserve, maintaining our roads and streets, supporting our schools, and encouraging our young people to become active in the community.

Give us a fun fact about yourself.

I was actually born on the 4th of July and my name is in the middle of the word “America.”

Who is your favorite president? Why?

Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He took office in 1933. Nearly twenty five percent of the American people were unemployed. Times were tough. FDR spoke in front of the American people and said, “the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” It was a very bold statement that encouraged our people to believe in the government and its ability to bring the country out of the depression. He then redefined the role of the government by creating jobs, building cities, helped the poor and, and protected farmers. His progressive vision still lives on today.

What’s your favorite food on the campaign trail? Why?

Without a doubt a burger and fries from Big Bend Golf Course. Big Bend never fails to hit the spot.

If you could be a superhero, who would you be? Why?

Batman, because who wouldn't want to see a batmobile driving around Uhrichsville?

If you were a professional athlete what song would you choose to be your “walk out” song?

“Right Now” by Van Halen

What was your first paid job?

Uhrichsville Waterpark

How can young dems help in your race?

I would encourage young democrats to help my race by registering to vote, knocking on every door, getting the word out, informing voters, attending local events, and voting on the seventh of November.
